We setup this catering company to bring the experience of the authentic Argentine ‘ASADO’ to this corner of the world.
For this purpose, I hand built a grill capable of producing the most genuine taste, fuelled only by logs, bark and charcoal – I can guarantee that it will delight everyone, even the more sophisticated of palates. Besides our love of meat, this is a culinary story about our culture and the values we want to share with you on the table.
Our plan is simple, we will always and unconditionally grill and serve the best meats or homemade Argentine specialities.
From super tender Argentinian Rib eye, rump, fillet, flank, short ribs, Entraña(skirt) or our own sausage recipe to delicious lamb cuts or pork cuts. We also plan to delight you with our own world-famous empanadas, provoletas or we can grill all kinds of veggies and a vast range of tasty dessert like flan, brownie or pancakes with dulce de leche.
