About us

Has its birth in the enthusiasm we Argentines have when sharing the culture of our ‘Asado’ or grilled meats cooked to perfection on the ‘Parrilla’ with both charcoal and woods. I was born in Cordoba and spent a lot of time in the countryside, where my grandparents worked the land and transmitted to me the passion that I now want to share with you. Since moving to London, I have worked over 10+ years’ as Master Asador, having both worked and founded some of the most authentic Argentine restaurants of London. This combination of experience, knowhow, enthusiasm and passion is what I’m relying on for this new chapter of my life.
